I have been working in education for 30 years, as a middle/high school teacher, with a M.S. Environmental Education and a passion for interdisciplinary and experiential education. Working in a K-12 building is an incredible experience to support all students as they grow and learn in a multiage community with a dedicated staff and parent volunteers. I am proud to be the principal of BISD options programs so that we can continue to be creative, innovative, and committed to meeting the needs of all students and families in our community. I am currently pursuing my EdD through WWU, because learning and growing is what we all do!
